Coaching Procedure:
The Client will call me at the specified
time.
Changes/Cancellations
Re-scheduling or cancellations
of appointments should be made at least 48 hours before the planned
session.
Additional Help
You may e-mail at any time within 12
months of making your first payment.
Problems
In the unlikely event I ever say or do
anything in a session that you don't feel comfortable with or if you have any
concern with the way we are working, please let me know as soon as possible.
For our work together to be effective, we have to be honest with each
other.
Termination
Where coaching sessions are part of your
program, you will be asked if you are happy with the service being provided
after each session. If all is OK, we'll continue. If you are unhappy with a
session you must say so immediately. Failure to say anything will be taken as
you accepting that you are happy with the service being provided. If you are
unhappy with the service being provided and wish to terminate an agreement, you
will be refunded for all outstanding sessions on a pro rata basis.
Confidentiality
The coach recognises that anything
the client shares with them is regarded as completely confidential, whether it
is business or personal information. The coach undertakes not to, at any time,
either directly or indirectly, use or disclose any information the client
shares with them during their sessions.
Fees
Fees are payable in advance. In exceptional
circumstances we may agree to different terms for payment. In all cases, funds
must be cleared before a coaching session is due to take place, otherwise the
session will be re-scheduled.
Nature of
Coaching
The client is aware that coaching is in no way to be
construed as psychological counselling or any type of therapy. Coaching results
are not guaranteed. The client enters into this coaching relationship with the
full understanding that they are responsible for creating their own
results.

Refunds will not be given for any reason since the
first month is offered at a much reduced price. If you are unhappy with the
service I provide, simply contact me by email with your membership details and
I'll do everything I can to put things right. You can unsubscribe at any time
and no further payments will be due.
All material is
supplied for the sole use of the registered member. You must not resell or give
away any products unless given permission to do so.
You must not
pass on your username or password to anyone else, nor allow anyone else to use
them.
You must not
use foul or abusive language or use language likely to cause offense in any
emails or on the Forum.
Failure to
comply with these terms and conditions may result in your membership being
terminated. My decision will be final, but I'm willing to listen to reasoned
argument and I will explain my decisions.
The Client
must read and agree to these terms and conditions.
